Can I cover my home while it’s
listed?

a home warranty plan paid out of the proceeds of the closing,
the seller receives coverage at no additional cost for the duration
of the listing period (not to exceed 180 days). At closing,
the HMS Seller Home Warranty converts to an HMS Buyer Home Warranty,
providing the buyer coverage.
